How would a under age sex crime work in an airplane, federal territory with no age of consent?

Let's say a 18 year old male had sex with a 15 year old female in the bathroom, joining the mile-high club. A flight attendant realizes what has occurred and report the incident.

I did a little research and it appears there is no federal age of consent, how would the federal courts decide then?
