Politician Sex Scandal Statistics (1900-2009)?

Alright Libs. Here's the numbers (taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_scandals_of_the_United_States#Sex_scandals )
2009: 2 Republicans, 0 Democrats
1998-2008: 14 Republicans; 19 Democrats
1989-1997: 6 Republicans; 3 Democrats
1979-1988: 8 Republicans; 6 Democrats
1970-1979: 0 Republicans; 6 Democrats
1900-1969: 2 Republicans; 1Democrat; 2 Unknown

So...the totals are...32 Republicans have had sex scandals in politics. 35 Democrats have had sex scandals in politics. And the 2 Unknowns involve a non-Democrat/non-Republican and a scandal investigation involving a military base.

So...it looks like Democrats and Republicans are almost tied in the amount of sex scandals in their history, with Democrats barely edging out the Republicans by 3 more scandals.

How does it feel, Democrats, to know your party has had more sex scandals than the Republicans?
