Why do I think about sex all the time but when the time comes I bail out?

I'm 13 and I'm a very horny girl I think about sex all the time and dont say its my raging hormoes I've been thinking about sex every since I was little, I used to have sex with my teddybears lol anyways...everytime my boyfriend and I have the chance to have sex it goes halfway in and I bail out...why is this?
